I agree that teachers should make the learning enjoyable and fun. Take me as an example, when I was child in elementary school or teenager about fifteen or sixteen years old in junior (senior) high school, there were too much exams or tests in the class. At that time, students including me, went to the school in the morning, having test in the class or teachers taught us in the whole day. After school, some students may still have to study at night. All our goals were passing the Entrance Exam of University. Because of the competition in Entrance Exam, students must study hard to get good grade. That’s why we say, ‘on pain, no gain’. But if we have a relax atmosphere in the class, good teacher’s teaching in such environment, I think everyone’s performance will be better in the process of learning..
On the contrary, just as what I said, if we want to learn something, like cooking getting good grades, exercising of having a fitness, we have to spend our time or energy in the process. Unfortunately, the process of learning is usually boring and tiring. For this reason, if teachers can lead students learning actively, having more fun in the process of learning, in my opinion, more people will overcome it and really have effective learning.
